  • I renewed a series of quick hit videos aimed at teaching EPIC core competencies to providers. These are also used widely by staff. There are 20+ videos. These videos are also published on the Provider Dashboard in the shared EHR for viewing by any of 4000 providers and a higher number of staff.
  • Standard work documents. In primary care Sprints this past year, we have created 20+ standard work documents that are one page tip sheets explaining specific workflow best practice.
  • I co-create upwards of 20 training tip sheets and presentations per year on various EPIC topics. in 2018, I presented on login strategy, billing changes to LOS, SOGI topics, upgrade topics, ECPS, and more.
