Care Philosophy
My approach to epilepsy care centers on treating the whole person, not just the condition. Epilepsy impacts every aspect of a person’s life, which is why my goal goes beyond achieving optimal seizure control: it is about restoring independence and improving overall quality of life. As an active researcher, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between scientific discovery and clinical practice and bringing cutting-edge advancements to the bedside. I strive to empower my patients to achieve their personal goals safely and confidently.
Personal Interests
When I am away from my clinical and research work, my favorite role is being a supportive soccer parent and cheering from the sidelines. My family and I love the outdoors, especially hiking and swimming. We are also avid travelers who love exploring the world and learning about new cultures.
