Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include substance use disorder during pregnancy, psychiatric conditions/dual diagnosis, sexual dysfunction, and contraception accessibility. I have additional background with incarcerated populations, social work, and public health.
Care Philosophy
I care deeply about patient autonomy and creating a high level of trust in the patient provider relationship. I value my role as a patient educator and advocate. My goal is to remove as much fear and discomfort from gynecological and obstetric care by using trauma-informed methods and gentle exams directed by the patient.
Personal Interests
I love to cook and host dinner parties, garden, knit, and see live music. I spend most free time with my two fluffy cats, Australian shepherd, and my partner.
Volunteer Activities
I have volunteered for the 9news health fair, as a CUSNA committee lead, in the DAWN free clinic, and spent time in Guatemala on a study abroad aimed at increasing health literacy for pregnant mothers and children.
