Care Philosophy
My clinical philosophy centers on safety, agency, and collaboration. I support children in making sense of their experiences through movement, play, and nervous-system based learning in the here and now. I honor each child’s timing and work to build regulation, resilience, and confidence through an integrated mind–body–environment approach. Because children heal within relationships, I partner with families and caregivers throughout treatment, helping them understand their child’s stress responses and learning how to support growth at home. Together, we nurture strengths, expand capacity, and create conditions for sustainable change.
