Research Interests

My research is focused on improving outcomes for polytraumatized patients and patients with pelvis and acetabular fractures.  Additionally, I am interested in how individual providers and their teams impact the care and outcomes patients receive.

Clinical Interests
My clinical focus is on pelvic and acetabular fractures, including minimally invasive techniques, and complex extremity trauma, limb salvage, and post-traumatic reconstruction.  I have expertise in distraction osteogenesis, deformity correction, and osseointegration for use of bone attached prostheses after amputation.

Personal Interests
I enjoy most mountain activities including mountain and road cycling, climbing, skiing, and snowboarding.  I have a passion for watching and playing soccer, and I love cooking.  Above all, I love spending time with my wife, daughter, and dog.
