Research Interests

My research interests focus on the interactions between the cutaneous microbiome and the host immune system, particularly its role in disease pathogenesis, as well as the immunological mechanisms underlying allergic contact dermatitis.

My clinical interests include allergic contact dermatitis, patch testing, atopic dermatitis, and general medical dermatology.

Care Philosophy
I am committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care for a wide range of skin conditions. I believe in a patient-centered approach that emphasizes education, collaboration, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs and lifestyle. In addition to general medical dermatology, I have a special interest in identifying and managing allergic contact dermatitis through patch testing. My goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve and maintain healthy skin.

Personal Interests
Outside of work, I cherish time with my wife and children. I also enjoy gardening, getting lost in historical novels, and enjoying live music.

Volunteer Activities
I am dedicated to providing dermatologic care to underserved populations and enjoy volunteering at the DAWN Clinic in Aurora, Colorado.
