Research Interests

My research is focused on pain medicine and spine care, with an emphasis on evidence-based treatment strategies. Areas of interest include optimizing interventional pain procedures, improving diagnostic accuracy, and evaluating patient-reported outcomes related to pain, function, and quality of life. The goal of this work is to improve clinical decision-making and deliver more effective, patient-centered pain care.

Care Philosophy
My goal is to help patients understand their pain and feel supported throughout their care. I believe high-quality pain care should be individualized, evidence-based, and focused on improving function. My approach combines careful diagnosis with medical and interventional treatments when appropriate, along with practical strategies such as movement, healthy habits, and lifestyle-based care that support long-term health. I work closely with each patient to ensure their treatment plan aligns with their personal goals—whether that’s returning to work, staying active, or enjoying time with family. Through education and shared decision-making, my aim is to build confidence and self-efficacy so patients can remain engaged in meaningful parts of their lives.
