Care Philosophy
As a dedicated urologist, my philosophy is rooted in providing high-value care that prioritizes both the clinical and personal aspects of patient health. I am deeply passionate about the management of many different urologic conditions, which include prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, and adrenal pathologies, as well as benign prostatic hyperplasia and hydronephrosis.
At the University of Colorado Cancer Center, I rely on and contribute to a comprehensive team of Urologists, Medical Oncologists, and Radiation Oncologists to ensure each patient receives the most up to date, effective, and personalized treatment available
Outside of work, I enjoy running, skiing, hiking, and traveling. I understand that every patient has a life outside of their disease process; they have a job, family, and hobbies. This serves as a reminder to consider and discuss the quality-of-life implications of any treatment with all patients.
I believe in treating every individual as if they were a member of my own family. This means actively listening to their concerns, involving them in decision-making, and providing clear, honest communication throughout their care journey.
