Research Interests

My research is focused on improving care delivery and outcomes for people who use alcohol and other drugs. This includes studying system- and patient-level treatment gaps and developing interventions to improve utilization of evidence-based treatment like medications and behavioral interventions. I have a particular interest in leveraging hospitalizations as unmet opportunities for treatment engagement.
