Care Philosophy
I strive to provide the highest level of care to my patient's and families by being an honest and open-minded health care provider. I believe in holistic care, taking every aspect of a patient's mind, body and health into consideration to provide the best options of care and treatment.

Personal Interests
In my spare time, I enjoy doing anything outdoors and being active. You can catch me trail running, hiking, doing yoga or cooking for my friends and family.

Volunteer Activities
I've volunteered at health care fairs and homeless shelters taking vital signs, drawing labs and providing education to patients as a way to extend access to health care in these communities. I have also volunteered at music festivals in the past as a health care volunteer. Most recently, I've been involved in a nonprofit called Protect Our Rivers, an organization that focuses on river clean ups, river education and access across Colorado.
