Care Philosophy
Passionate about integrative psychiatry, I advocate for a personalized approach by blending traditional and complementary therapies. Dedicated to patient and family-centered care, I collaborate with individuals to make informed treatment decisions. As a holistic medicine enthusiast, I champion functional approaches, addressing mental and physical well-being. Specializing in strengths-based practice, I empower patients by identifying and leveraging their unique capabilities. Committed to continuous learning, I stay updated on psychiatric advancements for innovative, evidence-based care. Actively involved in community education, I aim to reduce mental health stigma. Creating a healing environment, I provide empathetic support for individuals on their wellness journey.
Personal Interests
I have a mix of interests. I love art films and diving into literature. Exploring history is fascinating. I particularly enjoy biographies and following current events. I also am a big fan of museums and learning about art and nature.
Volunteer Activities
I volunteered in two caravans with Pastors for Peace, an initiative supported by the Interreligious Foundation for Community Organization since 1967. This organization backs grassroots groups, sponsors full scholarships for students studying medicine, and organizes Caravans for justice education and advocacy. I also volunteered in rural Mexico, teaching reading and writing skills to empower local communities.
