Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include gender affirming hormone therapy for adults of any gender identity, nontraditional relationships and LGBTQ+ care, birth control education and placement (including Nexplanon, IUDs), reproductive/sexual health education, menopausal hormone therapy education and prescribing, and management of abnormal pap results

Care Philosophy
I strive to provide a comfortable and trauma-informed clinic space for every patient, where you can bring your whole self and feel empowered in your healthcare. I practice with a Health At Every Size philosophy, and I love teaching and learning with (and from) my patients.

Personal Interests
In my free time I enjoy reading and listening to audiobooks on Libby, board games or puzzles with friends, and trying to keep plants alive. I love sharing in people’s joy and would be delighted to see photos of your pets, babies, and plants. Other random interesting things: I currently caretake for two geriatric cats (Rosie is about 15, and Minko is turning 20 this summer), I’ve finished 1,100 miles of the Continental Divide Trail (and would love to finish some day), I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Burkina Faso, and I’ve spent months driving around the US visiting National Parks (36 and counting!)
