Personal Interests
Once I leave my desk you can usually find me running or hiking one of the many trails nearby. I enjoy snowshoeing in the winter and kayaking in the summer. I also relish cuddle time with my mostly frisky but sometimes lazy golden aussie pup.
Volunteer Activities
I volunteer primarily with child, youth and family-serving programs in rural Colorado. I especially enjoy working with programs that promote personal and professional development for youth, in addition to behavioral health support. I also love sharing my passion for nature with others, and lead group outdoor adventures for beginning and slightly seasoned explorers.
