Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include rehabilitation amongst a team of providers from other disciplines/specialties, and the integration of the associated recommendations into a plan of care. I also enjoy return to sport related decision making, and performance oriented intervention for the endurance athlete.

Care Philosophy
I strive to empower patients towards understanding relevant diagnostic labels they may have received, self-driven management, and the role that rehabilitation may play in their future healthcare.

Personal Interests
I enjoy endurance athletics, time spent outside, and exploring the latest hobby with my friends and family.

Volunteer Activities
I am passionate about improving access to healthcare services in affordable and convenient, community-focused formats. My historical involvement with the DAWN clinic is a nice example of such a model. I have been involved in Pedaling for Parkinson's, helping those diagnosed with neurologic diseases resume exercise and fitness journeys.

Public Speaking
Yes
Exercise prescription and decision making across the rehabilitation spectrum. The impact and role of understanding allostatic load in managing rehabilitation episodes of care. Integration of implementation science principles and electronic medical record services to elicit practice pattern change.
