Care Philosophy
I am passionate about supporting health and healing through a supportive listening, personal connection, shared decision-making, open communication, empowerment, and evidence-based care. I believe in gentle support and quiet listening, offering guidance when needed, and honoring the innate wisdom of the human body. I also recognize that mental health is an essential part of overall well-being, and I bring both midwifery and psychiatric training to my work. I consider it a privilege and an honor to serve my community in such a nurturing way, supporting the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
Personal Interests
I cherish time with my family most of all, finding joy in the small, everyday moments we share together. I love being outdoors—whether it’s camping, spending time on the water, or simply watching the clouds drift by. Few things compare to getting lost in a beautifully written historical fiction novel, or curling up with my kids for a cozy movie night. For creative expression, I find myself drawn to gardening, drawing, painting, and exploring interior design.
