Clinical Interests
My interests include nonsurgical, nonpharmacological treatments for muscle and joint pain and helping patients live their lives to the fullest without pain interfering with their daily activities.

Care Philosophy
I am dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care by adopting an evidence-informed and whole-person care approach using nonsurgical and nonpharmacologic interventions. I take the time to understand each individual's unique life experiences and their own personal health and wellness goals. Care plans are created through a shared-decision making process, aimed to empower the patient to take control of their own health through prescribed home exercise or other self-care strategies in addition to treatments provided during in-office visits.

Personal Interests
In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, weightlifting, golf, camping, archery, sci fi and fantasy novels, and spending time with my family.
