Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include disabling back pain, neck pain, headaches, mental wellness, sleep hygiene, nutrition, and personalized exercise coaching. I am interested in helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized holistic care.

Care Philosophy
I am dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care by adopting an evidence-informed and whole-person care approach using nonsurgical and nonpharmacologic interventions. I take the time to understand each individual's unique life experiences and their own personal health and wellness goals. Care plans are created through a shared-decision making process, aimed at empowering patients to take control of their own health through any combination of education, advice, prescribed self-care strategies, and hands-on treatments on an as-needed basis.

Personal Interests
In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, weightlifting, golf, camping, hiking, archery, audiobooks, and spending time with my family.
