Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include painful musculoskeletal conditions including primary back pain, neck pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, arthritis, bulging or herniated discs, radiculopathy or peripheral nerve entrapments. I am interested in helping patients improve their quality of life by optimizing their mental wellbeing, physical fitness, sleep hygiene, and dietary or other lifestyle habits.

Care Philosophy
I am dedicated to providing patient-centered, evidence-informed care by adopting an integrative whole-person care model using non-operative and nonpharmacological interventions. I take the time to understand each individual's unique life experiences and their personal health and wellness goals. Care plans are created through a shared decision-making process, empowering patients to take control of their own health. Treatments may include a combination of education about one's condition, behavioral and lifestyle coaching, mind-body therapies, rehabilitative exercises, and traditional chiropractic treatments such as spinal manipulation, myofascial release, or dry needling.

Personal Interests
In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, weightlifting, golf, camping, hiking, archery, audiobooks, and spending time with my family.
