My clinical interests include psychoeducation, pain management, trauma therapy, mindfulness and acceptance-based therapy to reduce anxiety, depression, loss of function and to improve functionality and minimize disability. Interested in pursuing more clinical work with LGBTQ+ individuals.
I believe in informed practices that emphasize patient-driven values and evidence-based care for individuals in need of improving their quality of lives in spite of adversity, trauma, injury, and/or disease.
I enjoy outdoor activities, including hiking, running, standup paddle boarding, skiiing, & swimming. My guilty pleasure is reading and/or watching murder/crime novels and movies.
