Clinical Interests
I value working with my patients across their lifespan, helping them navigate all of the changes and challenges that can arise during puberty, reproductive years, and into menopause. The relationships that are built while navigating these ups and downs together are so special, and I feel honored to be part of each patient’s journey.

Care Philosophy
My goal is always first to understand both the person and the medical situation in front of me, by asking questions and thoughtfully listening. I also feel strongly that our country does not do enough to educate women about their own bodies and reproductive health, so I am also proud of my ability to help each of my patients gain knowledge and skills to care for themselves best. Education is empowerment!

Personal Interests
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our sweet goldendoodle Rue, and our community of friends here in beautiful Colorado. We love to hike, camp and travel, especially to the National Parks. I also enjoy listening to audio books, seeing musicals on stage, and baking sweet treats.
