Clinical Interests
I am a clinical psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma and stressor-related disorders in adults. I also provide couple therapy services. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and the Gottman Method for couples.

Care Philosophy
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship, based on collaboration, is key in effective psychotherapy services. I strive to serve a supportive role as a patient works toward increasing their understanding of the function of their thoughts and feelings and increasing their confidence in their ability to create behavioral change.
