Clinical Interests
I am interested in professional development, with a focus on leadership, lifelong learning, and building highly effective teams. I believe every patient, family, and colleague has a story, and I am committed to making people feel seen, heard, and valued. I lead services for our hospital and community which include pediatric end of life care/autopsy review process, pediatric critical care medicine education, and faculty wellness programming.

Care Philosophy
Patients and families often meet me when their world has been turned upside down by critical illness. Rooted in generous service, respectful communication, and multi-disciplinary teamwork, it is through trust that I partner to deliver the safest, evidence-based care in alignment with best practice and values. While an illness crosses our paths, it is my hope that through shoulder-to-shoulder conversation and humble expertise, we are poised to navigate this very difficult time with strength, agility, and humanness.
