Care Philosophy
As a foot and ankle Orthopedic surgeon, my goal is to help my patients achieve their goals and maintain an active lifestyle. Spending time and getting to know my patients is important to me. I believe in an individualized approach to patient care and I tailor my treatment based on each patient and their specific needs. Research, clinical experience, evidence-based medicine, and patient input guide my decision-making process. I also believe in a minimally invasive approach when possible in order to expedite patient healing and recovery.

Personal Interests
I grew up in Houston, Texas where I ran cross-country and track at Rice University. This is where I discovered my passion for Orthopedics, and specifically foot and ankle surgery, as our team physician was an Orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon. I met my husband during medical school in Dallas who is now a Pediatric Emergency Physician at Children’s Hospital of Colorado. When we aren’t working we love spending time with our young son and daughter, skiing, biking, hiking, swimming, camping, traveling, and exploring the Rockies.
