Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorders, Body Dysmorphia, Anxiety Disorders, and Depressive Disorders, as well as exploration of family dynamics. I enjoy supporting others in learning coping skills and life skills to live their best life.

Care Philosophy
I like to take a transdiganostic approach to symptom presentation and empower others through therapy sessions. I use and have been trained in a variety of theoretical orientations that allows me to take an eclectic approach within sessions. This list includes CBT, ACT, ERP, and EFFT. I believe in meeting others where they are at, which allows me to be flexible in my approach.

Personal Interests
I enjoy playing Pokemon Go, playing with my dog, and learning new things.
