Research Interests

My clinical research focus is in neuroimmunology and inpatient Neurology. I have experience in utilizing large datasets to understand disease burden and approach to treatment, especially in rare neuroimmunological diseases. My primary area of education scholarship is in undergraduate medical education with a focus on curriculum development and interwoven curricula. Specifically, my goal is to better understand how to prepare non-neurologists to care for patient's with neurological concerns, and how to approach teaching science in the post-clerkship phase of our MD curriculum.
