Clinical Interests
As a clinical health psychologist, I have specific training in treating the connection between women's physical health and mental health conditions, including weight and diabetes management, polycystic ovary syndrome, perinatal health, chronic pain, insomnia as well as acceptance and functional improvements of chronic disease and new diagnoses (e.g., cancer, Parkinson's, MS).

Care Philosophy
I guide patients to improve mental, emotional, and behavioral health issues across the spectrum of women's health. I strive towards providing a compassionate and patient-centered approach to assist patients in their valued goals.
