Care Philosophy
In my therapy room I support the person to identify and reconnect to their own set of resources and strengths that tend to get lost in day-to-day stressors and various life experiences. I utilize a holistic approach as well as trauma informed care to treat the whole person and most effectively honor the mind, body, and spirit connection. I cultivate a nonjudgmental, open space to allows individuals to safely explore different perspectives, access growth, and attain life goals. I am passionate about helping others reach their highest potential through a variety of approaches that best fit each unique individual such as CBT, DBT, and experiential therapies. I work creatively to meet each individual where they are at and follow their lead as they are the experts of their own life.
