Clinical Interests
My clinical interests include the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders/life transitions, and relationship issues through a variety of different modalities and interventions. I enjoy the use of mindfulness, coping skills, and incorporation of lifestyle and wellness to aid in treatment and reaching individual's goals. Research and clinical interest in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.

Care Philosophy
In my therapy room, I support individuals to identify and reconnect to their own set of resources and strengths that tend to get lost in day-to-day stressors and various life experiences. By utilizing a holistic approach as well as trauma informed care, I treat the whole person to honor the mind, body, and spirit connection. I cultivate a nonjudgmental, open space to allow individuals to safely explore different perspectives, access growth, and attain life goals. I am passionate about helping others reach their highest potential through a variety of approaches that best fit each unique individual such as CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT and other experiential therapies. I work creatively to meet each individual where they are at and follow their lead as they are the experts of their own life.

Personal Interests
I am passionate about living a values aligned life to aid in accessing purpose and meaning. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy mountain related activities such as hiking, backpacking, and snowboarding in addition to finding joy in connecting with loved ones, watering my houseplants, cooking, listening to dance music, playing with my cat GellyBall and crafting. I enjoy helping others find their passions and values, too!
