Care Philosophy
I am a licensed and certified Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and Faculty member in JFK Partners, at the University of Colorado-Anschutz Medical Campus. I am passionate about working with families to help their children communicate and engage with the world around them. I prioritize a strengths-based approach, which involves identifying and building on a child's existing skills and abilities. As a neurodiversity-affirming SLP, I believe in creating strong therapeutic relationships and incorporating evidence-based treatment practices into my work. I also strive to ensure that my practice is inclusive and culturally responsive. I have experience working with families from diverse backgrounds, and I am committed to incorporating their perspectives and values into therapy. Ultimately, my goal is to empower families to help their children reach their full potential.
