My clinical interests include insomnia, coping with chronic disease, health behavior change, stress management, depression and anxiety.

Care Philosophy
I believe in taking a whole person approach to care, which involves considering multiple factors that can contribute to an individual's wellness and working with them as well as their medical providers a part of a collaborative team to determine the best treatment plan that suites their needs and strengths.
