Research Interests
My research focuses on improving assessment and treatment of patients with voice and upper airway disorders. I am broadly involved in research examining the pathophysiology of laryngeal diseases, particularly those related to irritation and inflammation. I use translational research techniques to investigate the structure and function of chemical receptors in the larynx and their relationship to chronic cough, paradoxical vocal fold motion, and vocal hyper function.Publications
