Clinical Interests
I use a systems-thinking approach to identify clinical imbalances allowing focus on root cause. I am interested in helping to relieve suffering, optimize function, and facilitate healing so that patients can pursue their goals of living.

Care Philosophy
I am a fellowship trained interventional cardiologist specializing in wound healing and vascular medicine. I have been fortunate to develop expertise to help patients with leg pain, leg swelling, recurrent blood clots and vein problems. Board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, and vascular medicine, I have the foundation of knowledge and empathetic sensibility to assist patients on their journey toward their goals of care, focusing on cardiovascular prevention, healing and recovery of function, and ultimately, pursuit of joy. I individualize this approach for each patient using a holistic, “conventional training meets functional medicine” strategy. I listen. I care. I am passionate about clean eating and healthy lifestyles, altruism and connection, peace and spirituality. Life is precious.

Personal Interests
I am passionate about clean eating and healthy lifestyles. I enjoy hiking, road cycling, reading, writing poetry, and playing the piano.

Volunteer Activities
I have participated in mentoring young people. I would like to explore opportunities to help feed the hungry.

Public Speaking
Yes

I spoke at Northern Arizona University on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. I participate in community health fairs and health screenings.
