I have been a dancer since the age of 3, continuing to dance and train across a variety of dance genres, including participation as a national circuit competitor in West Coast Swing.

Public speaking opportunities, outside of the DPT classroom, include: - teaching with the University of Northern Colorado Master of Arts in Dance Education program since 2020 - International Association for Dance Medicine & Science 2022-2023 - Colorado Dance Education Organization 2020-2023 - ourDANCE 2021 - as well as numerous community programs for local dance studios, a variety of podcast interview, and three years of participation in Toastmasters International.
