Clinical Interests
I am part of a small multi-disciplinary team within Children's Hospital Colorado specializing in the care of patients with congenital heart disease requiring surgical and catheter based interventions.
My clinical interests include anesthesia for patients with congenital heart disease during procedures ranging from major open heart surgery to radiological studies, with a special emphasis on development of ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) protocols designed to decrease complications and recovery time after major cardiac surgery.
