Care Philosophy
I try my best to understand a person and their health in the context of their life and environment. The concept of "health" is broad and multi-faceted, and the interplay amongst mental health, physical health, social circumstance, access to resources, and interpersonal connectedness is complex. Understanding as many of these as possible helps me deliver the most comprehensive care I possibly can.

Personal Interests
In my spare time I enjoy outings with my family; reading on various subjects (linguistics; science fiction; sexual health); playing soccer and racquetball; listening to a wide variety of music; photography; and making homemade hot sauce. I enjoy writing occasionally, mostly poetry, and I am an inveterate punster.

Public Speaking
Yes
Celiac disease; sexual health and sexual dysfunction; guest speaker to high school students interested in medical careers
