  • Leadership and Resuscitation PGY2 Class-Specific Education day. Co-created curriculum and content for the day (with Dr. Madeline Ross): full-day program exploring leadership and advanced resuscitation and learner supervision for the PGY2 class as they approach transition to PGY3 year. Focus areas included leadership, bedside teaching, trauma and medical resuscitation leadership, delivering difficult news, communication skills, navigating the senior roles, and simulation. 04/02/2025
  • Curriculum Design and content creation for PGY2 Class-Specific Education day 08/2025. Created all content for day of case-based clinical education including 3 simulation cases intended to challenge early PGY2s with physiology, advanced clinical concepts, and decision-making, as well as a tabletop-style whole-ED-zone multi-patient simulation utilizing a whiteboard with 9 “rooms” and a script with numerous short cases intended to simulate the flow and patient-care considerations of a busy and high acuity ED zone.
  • Curriculum Design and content creation for PGY2 Class-Specific Education day 10/2025. Created curriculum for “Residents as Educators” workshop integrating procedural skill education instruction session utilizing “LEGO Pieces to Help Residents Teach Procedural Skills” as well as sessions on discussion of the transition to resident educators including delivering tools for education and feedback delivery and practicing them in small groups
