I have served as team captain for the Arthritis Foundation's annual Jingle Bell Run and Walk to Cure Arthritis. I am a member of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Council for the Arthritis Foundation and the Scleroderma Foundation, and have given talks at educational symposiums for patients and families.
