Care Philosophy
Dr. Pitotti chose the OB-GYN specialty because it allows her to be present in so many important events in the lives of her patients. From preventing pregnancies, helping women achieve them, delivering babies and performing surgery to correcting gynecologic disorders, she is grateful that patients trust her with the most intimate details of their lives. This allows her to help them make important medical decisions and plan for their future. “I pride myself on being able to consider a patient’s personal healthcare goals and understanding how these might be achieved within their individual life situations,” Pitotti says. “I truly believe that helping women control and optimize their reproductive health allows them to achieve their personal, educational and professional goals. I’m so glad I get to help so many women do this.” Dr. Pitotti considers her ability to listen to be an important strength in how she interacts with her patients. She believes that an effective treatment plan should begin with the least invasive option, while ensuring that it is a plan the patient believes she will be able to follow in order to achieve optimal health. Dr. Pitotti is a board-certified OB-GYN and has practiced with CU Medicine OB-GYN East Denver (Rocky Mountain) since 2017. After receiving her medical doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011, Dr. Jennifer Pitotti completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Albert Einstein School of Medicine. This was followed by a fellowship in family planning at the University of Colorado. She also received a master’s in clinical science from CU’s clinical science graduate program.
