Clinical Interests
I treat children with congenital heart disease, complex congenital heart disease, other cardiac concerns, and basic cardiac arrhythmias. I specialize in 3D echocardiography and the assessment of pulmonary hypertension by echocardiography as well.

Care Philosophy
I am dedicated to providing the highest quality, most comprehensive, professional, compassionate and ethical care to my patients. I firmly believe that the patient and family should have an understanding of what is wrong with the heart, and so I take the extra time necessary to explain what is wrong with the heart and what we are going to do to treat that problem. This often involves drawing the heart out in order to provide a visual representation. I aim to make sure there are no lingering questions for a patient or their family. I am one of the physicians that reads cardiac ultrasounds (an echocardiogram), and believe that a meticulous attention to detail is important to provide accurate results and not miss a potential cardiac abnormality. I also specialize in using cutting-edge 3-dimensional echocardiography to diagnose and treat congenital heart disease. I also specialize in assessing pulmonary hypertension using echocardiography. At Children's Hospital, we have an incredible team within in the Heart Institute, including a dedicated group that can treat children with complex congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, heart rhythm disorders, adults born with congenital heart disease, and heart failure, and have outstanding cardiac catheterization physicians and pediatric cardiovascular surgeons available, should the need arise. Given the impressive, talented and large team, I am committed to helping patients navigate through the Heart Institute, should they need it.
