Clinical Interests
I am interested in working with women who struggle with a variety of psychological difficulties, including depression, anxiety, substance use, and relationship issues. I work from a wellness perspective, helping women regain a sense of balance and wellness in life.

Care Philosophy
As a psychologist, I am acutely aware of the inextricable link between an individual's brain and body. I believe in care and consideration for the whole woman, taking into account context, culture, and preferences.

Personal Interests
Prior to having a family, I was an avid hiker, triathlon runner, and cyclist. Now, my personal interests center around family-friendly outdoor activities. We still hike, cycle and run, but now we find shady paths with plenty of places to stop for snacks and wildlife watching.

Volunteer Activities
I am a past President of the Colorado Psychological Association. I have been active in CPA leadership for more than six years, first as the Early Career Psychologist chair and then as the President-Elect, President, and Past President.

Public Speaking
Yes
I have extensive experience with teaching, training and public speaking. I love to share information and ideas about health, wellness, motivational interviewing, and integrated care.
