Clinical Interests
We have a multidisciplinary Pediatric Pain Clinic here at Children's Hospital Colorado. Our goal is to help manage all types of pediatric pain problems and the functional impairments often seen in children and adolescents suffering with chronic pain.

Care Philosophy
I wear many hats at Children's Hospital Colorado. Part of my time is spent in the operating room providing anesthesia and peri-operative care for a variety of surgical and procedural interventions; I strive to provide a safe, comfortable and as painless as possible experience for children and their families. I also spend part of my time in pain medicine- I work on the Acute Pain Service, helping to provide pain relief and optimize post-surgical pain control for children of all ages. We are also available for consultation for any patient in the hospital with difficult to control pain. The rest of my time is spent working with our multidisciplinary Chronic Pain Clinic where we treat children and adolescents with difficult to control chronic pain conditions. Our goal is to help them regain and improve functionality that may be compromised by their condition, and to help our patients live a normal life not limited by pain.
