Personal Interests
I greatly value my teaching of medical students, residents, physicians in other specialties. I am very interested in international medical education and international health care especially in underserved areas of the world. I serve as a consultant in radiology to numerous remote health care sites operated by Medecins sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders)
Volunteer Activities
I am dedicated to international medical education and support of health care in rural areas. I have provided diagnostic imaging services to patients in Liberia, Malawi, Cambodia, Haiti, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and other countries. I have provided training in diagnostic imaging to health care providers in Nigeria, Kenya, Haiti, Indonesia, Argentina, Nepal, and other countries.
