Care Philosophy
I enjoy presenting patients with options so they have choices about their healthcare.

Personal Interests
For my patients I love helping them navigate their personal choices in the face of chronic disease. For my students I love coaching them on choosing their future path based combining their clinical and lifestyle interests. For my family we love hiking, biking, and nordic skiing in the Colorado wilderness! For my personal wellness I love relaxing with knitting, spinning yarn, weaving, or yoga.

Volunteer Activities
I have served in medical missions in Thailand, Mongolia, and the Navajo Nation (where my father grew up). I do public health telehealth sessions to remote villages in India.

Public Speaking
Yes
