Treatment of the mentally ill within correctional environments. Jail-based competency restoration. Community treatment and release of individuals adjudicated Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity.

Care Philosophy
I take an empathic and humanistic approach to the care and treatment of the seriously mentally ill population, particularly those involved with the criminal justice system.

Personal Interests
I enjoy hiking in the mountains of Colorado with my family and dog. I also enjoy fishing the beautiful rivers in our state and playing golf when time allows.

Volunteer Activities
I am a volunteer psychiatrist for Resilience 1220, a nonprofit organization in Evergreen, CO dedicated to providing free counseling to teens struggling with mental health issues.
